"Simon was asked to undertake an annual check of our boiler that we had fitted a year earlier, in part to determine if the installation work had been completed correctly by the previous gas engineer who I was no longer able to make contact with. He discovered an unsafe installation due to an inappropriate boiler being fitted with our existing pressurised cylinder (this was confirmed by the manufacturer of the cylinder and ultimately acknowledged by the original installer). He arranged a quote for the work to replace the cylinder and was happy to work with me supplying the parts, although in the end we asked him to supply those as well. The work was completed on time as arranged, and he was a friendly pleasant guy to have around and we're completely happy with both the install and the guidance we were given. Simon is the 4th different different plumber we have used in our brief time in this house and was comfortably the most reassuring regarding the quality of this work and his attention to detail and we'd have no hesitation in hiring him again."

"A huge thank you, Fanstastic. Our old York stone fire place was knocked out quickly and with minimal mess. The re plastering work is excellent and one of our cables for the electric socket was neatly re embedded into the wall saving us extra work. The fire opening was re sized and the new surround fitted, hearth laid and fire fitted and tested. We also had additional work to bury a gas pipe in the dining room. I cannot believe how little mess there was to clean up. An excellent, tidy and professional service even from when we first posted the job. Highly recommended company and we love the finished look. After accepting his quote for this job, I unexpectedly needed the boiler replacing.
